I need advice! What I can expect?

My son has one and a half and a plane ride Kiddieland Tigger toy. It is your toy favorite, but the other day, fell from his hand and cut his head badly with an acute angle of the wing. I agree with vremetal. In any case, please contact the manufacturer and do about an acute angle. Maybe you remember the article and you can get your money for that. I do not expect something else.
