What was the name of the series of mystery books set in the 1920's with a female lead written in the 80's?
It must have been written in the 1980's or early 90's. They were mystery books that featured a female lead who solved crimes and wasn't Nancy Drew. It was written for adults. Each chapter had a art nouveau drawing. Thanks so much for any answer!
