Why not in the Winnie the Pooh Tigger Song?

Tigger did not come later. Not part of the series original books by AA Milne wrote for his son Christopher Robin. Like "The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger did not arrive until" Windy "segment. .... As Gopher was too late.
