Tigger And Roo Toy

Should I go ahead and nuetered my dog?
I have two toy Yorkies, named Tigger, Roo and another name. They are known to pee EVERYWHERE. Its veterinarian told me that nuetered, feel less, be less possessive (Tigger does not like being touched by strangers), and stop to pee so much. Roo has to be neutralized, as is surgery, there are still other problems that could be cancerous. But Tigger, I have always felt ... guilt? nuetering by a dog? Tigger is a very happy dog with personality strong, but I know that a piece of that disappears once they have been sterilized. Moreover, the pee is a huge problem. They already one year. What are your thoughts? On one side the question about it, so I went ahead and had castrated, which are good pee spot tile / carpet?
I think all dogs should be neutered unless you are a responsible breeder or showing your dog in competition and breeding of the most common breed to improve the breed. There are too many unwanted pets in the world. They definitely have them spayed - that will be calmer, less dominant, and have no risk of testicular cancer! Animals do not think like us - your dog know what it is "unavailable." His personality will not change completely, only to be quieter and listen better and are less likely marking. You know pee is actually marking behavior castrated men not so much? Do not feel guilty of taking a responsible decision.
