My son is 3 years in a couple of weeks. It is around this huge stuffed Tigger everywhere. Come with Tigger my son, bathed, naps with him, go to the grocery store, etc http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=431469590&albumID=891296&imageID=1001612 My son starts preschool in August. He is autistic and does not talk much. I am afraid my son will make his first day because this is the first time I am not there. Clearly, Tigger will not be able to fit in your backpack so that my child can feel comfortable in school. I was wondering if your child has a strong bond with a small cabbage and what happened on the first day of school when they are not able to do so.

ooh moon - I know how you feel - I was in the exact position with my son autism also - And nothing else but tigger - With us, Buttercup of The Powerpuff Girls - Tigger is at least a little more manly one haha. Ask the school if your child can take place tigger safe to say you can not see well. - Used for it and it worked well. Autistic children need a great knowledge and his son, it's not fair to leave her "dear" at home, but rather to cut his right arm - I know my son could not function at any level when he had his toy with him. This will pass and finally taken to let go - but in my experience usually replace it more - my son is 13 now, but has not yet taken a toy shovel in his pocket - he grew up operation and said he had a shovel in his pocket for his tact when he feels the need of your brain do not work! Do not deprive him of his need for Tigger - going far beyond wanting his favorite toy with him. Good luck with pre-school - who suffer most are mothers of children I think: 0)
