How can you keep a positive attitude?

According to Randy Pausch "You just have to decide if you're a Tigger or Igor." I want to be a Tigger. I want to make a Tigger. But the world makes me angry sometimes, and sometimes I act like an Eeyore. Hunger, AIDS, war, hatred. It makes me angry. I want to leave everything because I know the world a better place. It's already great, and there but on this subject. I just want to make a better world, however. When I read something in the newspaper or see something news, more soldiers were killed, children abuse, rape, etc.. It saddens me. And make no mistake, the happy things make me happy and positive. They give me hope keeps me dreaming. Only I have trouble staying positive when bad things happen. For example, when people lie to me, I do not know what to do with myself. So What the trick is, where appropriate, be positive and say?
