Tigger Songs

What are good techniques to stop thinking about songs that stick in your head?
Breathing very fast then hold your breath seems to help, but only for a split second. When I have no song stuck in my head I shall try my best to make no think of any song tigger because I could tune in again.
I started singing one of my favorite songs to supplant ear worm.
