What would you recommend to put in the labor market?

Hi I had my conversation with the midwife yesterday and I am dilated 1 cm. However, with internal growth, which is irritating, I had back and lower abdominal pain after the review and this morning I had diarrhea, as well as lots of downloads. Reserve an induction on 15 February 2011 and my due date is tomorrow. Tigger She said the labor market, raspberry tea, sex, pepper walk and pineapple. What would you recommend or experiences that were really speeding up the job? I can not wait to be induced at 15!

Hi, To be honest, these are all old wives tales .... Like you I have a date to be induced, but are tired of waiting. It was Sunday and I was bored, so me and my mom went shopping all day later, my husband and I went for a long walk around our local park (4.5 miles). When I got home I felt good, but very tired. I woke up at 0:12 with a sore lower back and abdomen, then about 2 hours later the water broke me, I had my daughter at 14:16 every day. So I'm not sure if it was a coincendence or not, but if it worked for me might work for you ... Try a long walk, then after a bath .. Good luck and best wishes.
